FRITZ!Box 6430 Cable Service

After initial installation, "Not connected" is displayed in the FRITZ!Box for a radiator control

When you install the radiator control FRITZ!DECT 300 for the first time, you can register it with the FRITZ!Box, and it then appears in the FRITZ!Box user interface in the "Smart Home" menu. However, the connection status "Not connected" is displayed. Some of your settings for the radiator control are reset. The radiator control's displays shows an active connection.

Cause

  • FRITZ!OS 6.54 or earlier is installed on the FRITZ!Box.

1 Wait for upcoming FRITZ!OS

We are currently working on a solution and shall correct this behavior with a FRITZ!OS update for the FRITZ!Box as soon as possible. We cannot give you an exact release date for the update yet.

Note:You can have the push service notify you by e-mail when new updates are available. In addition, you can configure the FRITZ!Box so that new updates are installed automatically. You can enable these options under "System > Push Service" or "System > Update > Auto Update" in the user interface.
